Even scientists recommend a Southern European lifestyle as healthy for body and soul: to eat with pleasure and with all your senses - adding a glass of  wine will bring to you peace and relaxation after a hard day's work.

Our winery wants to present to you our comprehension of quality of life. Therefore we invite you to taste our wines in the peace of our old winery which has been restored according to old plans and is located in Walsheim at the Suedliche Weinstrasse in Southwest Germany in the Palatinate region.

Nature has it's own dynamic: each of our vineyards has its individual specific conditions of soil and climate. Each year a winegrower has to deal with special peculiarities. 

We feel not only the end product of wine expresses joy of living but also the making of. To respect and take care every year again for its distinct needs has become part or our own quality of life. Every wine and sparkling wine we plant and produce carries something of us in its character. 
 
Our philosophy is not to follow every demand of modern markets but to respect tradition and continuity. Wine is one of the oldest achievements in our civilization. And with many traditions there is no way to speed it up without loss of quality. Like children every plant needs education and care in combination with love and time. Only then the end product will be satisfying and will be able to give back what we invested.
